I bought these boAt Prime 513 ANC Bluetooth Earbuds from Amazon, and they stopped working properly within just a few days. There is a major issue with their performance, and I am facing constant connectivity and sound problems. When I tried to return or replace them, Amazon completely washed their hands of the situation and told me to contact boAt directly. To make matters worse, when I visit the official boAt website, their portal won't even let me register a complaint! Amazon isn't helping, and boAt's online system is completely broken. They are just running the customer in circles. This has been a thoroughly frustrating and pathetic experience. If you want to save your money and your peace of mind, stay far away from this product! Utterly disappointed.
Nice product. But to me it's give me some difficult to set in ear. The round part is big.
