GoBoult Mustang Sprint Blaze Red ANC True Wireless TWS Earbuds

I've been using the GOBOULT Mustang Sprint earbuds for a few days and I'm very satisfied. The sound quality is clear with good bass, the battery backup is impressive, and the earbuds are comfortable to wear for long periods. Bluetooth connectivity is fast and stable, and the call quality is good. Considering the price, this is a great product and offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

The earbuds themselves may look good on paper, but the companion app is practically useless in my case. The earbuds connect via Bluetooth, yet the app repeatedly throws a "Load resourceFailed" error and refuses to connect. I followed the instructions, reset the earbuds, re-paired them, granted all permissions, and tried multiple times with no success. The customer support experience made things even worse. I submitted a service request through the company's website, but the page got stuck loading and never provided a confirmation, ticket number, AWB number, email, or SMS. Days later, a pickup agent arrived at my address, proving that the request had somehow gone through, yet I was given no way to track or verify it. The support system feels poorly designed. WhatsApp support forces customers into limited predefined options that don't address unusual problems, while the IVR simply redirects users back to the same online form instead of providing access to a support representative. As a customer, I shouldn't have to act like a detective just to find out whether my service request exists. A product issue can happen with any brand, but poor communication, broken support processes, and lack of transparency are far harder to accept. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this product. Edited: My experience started on a frustrating note because I was unable to connect my Boult Mustang ANC earbuds to the app. The app repeatedly showed a "Load resourceFailed" error, and despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps, the issue persisted. I contacted support and shared feedback regarding the problem. To their credit, the issue was addressed and resolved through an app update/fix. After the resolution, the earbuds connected successfully and all app features started working as expected. While the initial experience was disappointing, I appreciate that the company took customer feedback seriously and fixed the problem. The earbuds are now working well, and I'm satisfied with the overall experience.

Mustang Sprint offers a well-balanced sound profile. with clear vocals and punchy bass. The earbuds fit comfortably, making them suitable for long usage and activity. Battery performance is reliable with approximately 50 hours of total playback. Connectivity is stable, touch controls work smoothly, and the matte finish provides a premium aesthetic......MUSTANG CARBON FINISHING LOOK OVERPOWERED...providing app quality best...Anti noise cancellation....quad mics ..low latency comes with 2 mode gaming and music and u can't control the setting as u comfortable for customized music overlay Overall, it delivers excellent value for its price segment.

Using these Tws continue 48 Hours now I say honestly, they look really premium. Sound quality is pretty good loud, clear, and bass is decent because of the 13 mm drivers. ANC also works surprisingly well for this price range, so no complaints there. Calling is okay, not the best but manageable. Battery backup without case is around 4 hours anc Off , with anc on 3 hours . Only thing I seen that ANC can be controlled only through the app. Would have been better if it worked directly from the earbuds. Overall, solid earbuds for the price good sound, cool design, and decent ANC. Highly recommended .
