I purchased a ZEBRONICS PODSO and unfortunately received a defective product. What is even more disappointing is the lack of support from both Amazon and the manufacturer. Amazon refused to assist with a replacement or return and directed me to contact the manufacturer. When I approached Zebronics, they simply asked me to visit a service center and clearly stated that they would not arrange pickup or provide any convenient resolution. As a customer, I expected better after-sales support, especially when the product was defective upon delivery. Instead, I have been left running between Amazon and the manufacturer without any satisfactory solution. This has been a very frustrating experience. Based on my experience, I would advise potential buyers to carefully consider other brands or models that offer better product quality and customer support. Very disappointed with both Amazon and Zebronics.
the product which was delivered yesterday to me was defective. One side ear bud not working. Customer care diverts you to service centre. Instead of replacing the defective product they want me to go their service centre which is 20 km away. so pls note before buying
